Job Requirements:

· Must meet basic requirements stipulated by the state of North Carolina for the role including background checks (7 point lead status highly preferable for lead teachers); Willing to train and assist assistant teachers to get lead teacher status

· Enjoys & expresses genuine interest in children; able to develop relationships with children, families and staff members

· Previous teaching experience at a licensed child care center preferred

· Positive attitude, dependable and team player!
